Application of wear-resistant ceramic pipes

 

The soot blowing pipe is subjected to long-term erosion by a high flow rate mixture of wind and powder, and the wear factors are relatively complex. Improving the relative hardness and surface smoothness of the soot blowing pipe can enhance its wear resistance. Wear resistant ceramics are made by sintering high-purity alumina at a high temperature of 1700 ℃, and their hardness can reach HRA88 or above, second only to diamond and far exceeding alloys such as steel, with excellent wear resistance.
